<p>PURPOSE:To save the labor and prevent the accidents of a pneumatic piercing inspection system of a testing rod by incorporating a winding device and a measuring instrument of the wire rope, a braking device of the back wire, a control device, etc., on a frame in a compact manner. CONSTITUTION:A wire rope 13 is stretched from a winding device 2 of a winch device 20 for inspecting the pipe line to a sensor sheave 5, and passed through a braking roller 7 and rollers of a tension sensing switch, and taken into a manhole through a guide roller. In the manhole, the fed wire rope 13 is supported on a rope guide of a turning lever 29, and a pipe line testing rod H is connected to the tip of the wire rope 13. A pneumatic driving tool is mounted on the wire rope to be inserted into the pipe, and the plug body 25 is inserted to a flange, and the external end of a hollow rod 31 is rotated to move the hollow rod 31 to a pipe line port 66 side. Then, the compressed air is fed in the hollow rod 31 at the center of the pipe plug 22 to insert the testing rod H into the pipe line and pull back the testing rod by the wire rope 13 for the inspection.</p> |
