PURPOSE:To allow the conference terminal equipment to be provided with a common board by which the content of an agenda generated simultaneously with the progress of a conference is easily confirmed on the occasion. CONSTITUTION:When an agenda generating board (common board) shared in common among plural terminal equipments is selected (S1), a notice representing start of generating an agenda is informed to a terminal equipment B (communication destination terminal equipment) to receive automatically a signal from a participant of the terminal equipment B (S2 to S3). Then prescribed data are described automatically (S5), and when the agenda is generated, the confirmation of the content of the agenda is urged to the terminal equipment B (S7) and when the result of confirmation indicates 'OK' (S8 to S9), an approval mark is automatically provided (S11), the mark of the author is provided automatically (S12), a file is transferred to the terminal equipment B and the agenda is stored in an external storage device (S14). |
