PURPOSE:To assure the high insulation between metallic powder in high permeability without deteriorating the soft magnetic characteristics by a method wherein the alloy powder mainly comprising Fe, Si Al are blended with a Ti base oxide film forming agent within a specific range and a water glass to be compression-molded and then heat-treated in non oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Within the alloy powder mainly comprising Fe, Si, Al and the title dust core comprising a binder binding these elements, the X specified by the right hand formulas contain a titanium base oxide film forming agent within the range of 0.0001-0.02. Furthermore, a composition-molded body containing the alloy powder of 0.5wt.%-10wt.% of silicate as a binder is heat- treated within the range of 500 deg.C-1100 deg.C in non oxidizing atmosphere. Next, when Ti base oxide film forming agent is blended with Fe-Si-Al powder, an oxide film is formed on the surface of the alloy powder so as to improve the wettability to a water glass. Accordingly, a high density dust core can be produced. Furthermore, the compression strain is eased thereby enabling the title high permeability dust core to be produced. |
