PURPOSE:To eliminate noise components and to increase the data transmission speed by transmitting a data signal from a communication medium at the time of specification in each period of the power carrier transmitted from a host device. CONSTITUTION:A data carrier system consists of a data carrier 2 attached to a moving body 3 on a conveyor 10 and an antenna 1 in the carrying line of the moving body 3 consisting of the conveyor 10. The antenna 1 is connected to the host device by a data cable 4, and the power carrier is transmitted to a communication coverage 5 of the moving body 3 whether the data carrier 2 exists or not. When the data carrier 2 enters into this communication coverage 5, the power carrier transmitted from the antenna 1 is received by the data carrier 2. The data carrier 2 receives power supply, and the host device reads data synchronously with the transmission timing of the data signal, thus eliminating the noise component. Further, the ratio of the power carrier to the pulse width at the data signal is reduced to increase the data transmission speed. |
