PURPOSE:To accurately confirm a sentence head by performing an itemization processing to an itemized sentence provided with an itemized sentence head symbol judged as the original itemized sentence head symbol. CONSTITUTION:When a sentence by a natural language is inputted from an input part 4, an itemization judgement part 5 refers to an itemized sentence head symbol pattern stored in an itemized sentence head symbol pattern storage part, discriminates whether or not the pattern of the character string of the sentence head of the input sentence is the itemized sentence head symbol pattern and updates the contents of a previously outputted sentence itemized sentence head symbol storage part 10 to the itemized sentence head symbol when it is judged that the input sentence is the itemized sentence. Further, an itemization processing part 6 sends out the sentence for which the itemized sentence head symbol is removed from the head of the input sentence to a language processing part 8 and language processings including a morpheme analysis processing and a syntax analysis processing are performed. Thus, the itemization processing is correctly executed only to the original itemized sentence and the sentence head of the itemized sentence is accurately recognized. |
