PURPOSE:To provide a hot water floor heating device for a toilet made of wooden cloth laminated plate in which it has a superior water-proof performance and a superior mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:A groove 2 is formed at a wooden cloth laminated plate 1 in a zig-zag formation. A hot water pipe is arranged in the groove 2, footings 4 are arranged at bent-back portions of the groove 2 and their surfaces are coated with fluorine coating material.
