PURPOSE:To provide the structure of the magnetic field system for obtaining smooth rotation in a DC brushless motor. CONSTITUTION:This is a DC brushless motor, which comprises a magnetic field system, wherein permanent magnets 4 with P-pole pairs are attached on a circumference with the neighboring pitch angle being deviated, and an armature 1 having the iron core with salient poles 2 and 21, which are provided at the equal pitch angle for S pieces of windings. When P is the number of the pole pairs of the permanent magnet of the magnetic field system, (n) is the integer of >=1, M is the number of the phases and the magnetizing pitch angle of the neighboring permanent magnets of the magnetic field system is lambda, three kinds of lambda of lambda1=180 deg./P, lambda2=lambda1+180 deg./(S*(M*n+1 or 2)), and lambda3=lambda1-180 deg./(S*(M*n+1 or 2)) are set. The permanent magnets of the magnetic field systems are sequentially deviated and arranged, and the DC brushless motor is constituted. |
