PURPOSE:To provide an FPC inserting jig which allows an operator to use only a single hand to perform the operations from FPC insertion into the connector body to locking of a slider. CONSTITUTION:An FPC 24 is inserted into a connector body 22, in which a slider 23 is inserted, and the FPC is secured to the connector body. To insert the FPC into the connector body, an FPC inserting jig 1 is used, which is composed of a jig body 11, slider push part 12 for pushing the slider of the connector, jig holding part 13 provided for the operator to hold the jig, jig push part 14 provided for the operator to apply a force when pushing the slider, and a slider drawout part 15 for drawing out the slider from the connector body at the pre-stage for FPC insertion into the connector. |
