The adjusting eccentric bolt (18) has three eccentric sections (18,19,20). One section (18) is mounted in a hole (16) positioned alternatively in the carrier (13) of one of the discs (8) or in the cylindrical body (12), and is mounted with the other sections (19,20) in a slot-shaped guide (15,14) in each of the two other parts, with radial clearance allowing it to turn.The sections (19,18) for the disc and cylindrical body, compared with the section (20) for the carrier, possess opposite, pref. equal eccentricities. A clamping screw (23) tightening the carrier, disc and cylindrical body goes through the adjusting eccentric bolt.
