The inner shuttering panel (11) is detachably joined to several anchor-elements (12) spaced apart in a peripheral direction. The anchor elements radially distribute the weight of the base (14) to the sidewalls (13) of the moulded part (10), from the shuttering panel towards the outer casing.After setting, the anchoring elements remain in the concrete moulded part, whereas the inner shuttering panel is removed and re-used after setting. The outer periphery of the shuttering panel is conical for easy of removal, and the side with smaller dia. faces the base of the concrete moulding.
