Workpiece holding fixture on machine table for metal processing

The workpiece holding fixture consists of a base (2) that is fixed to the machine table and a detachable clamping plate (3). This can be adjusted in relation to the base by tapered bolts. These fit into slightly offset tapered holes of the clamping plate. The plate can be held in the base by a sideways fixing member. The base can have grooves in which matching lugs of the plate are inserted. Alternatively the plate is held by bolts which are screwed into the base. Additional locking screws to fix the clamping plate are also possible.
