Clamping device for friction joints with indicator

The clamping device has a clamping screw with operating element. The elastic indicator element (15) is fitted in the axial motion tack of the device (5) to indicate the tightening or clamping track of the device. When the clamping device is operated, the indicator element is deformed. The deformation is used to measure the clamping force.The indicator of the deformation may be shown at the side, via an annular clearance of via a number of apertures. Alternatively it may be shown axially, in which case it is read off through a viewing window. The indicator element may itself be a force element, or it may be combine with a force element.
