Orthosis for fixing lumbar spinal column

The orthosis comprises a lumber corset (1) with several support pads (2-4). At least two dorsal support pads (2,3) are located one over the other on or in the corset rear section, which are coupled by rods (5) in an adjustable and fixable manner.The corset contains also an abdominal support pad (4), coupled to the dossal support pads by strap links (8,9) with branching foils at the corset side portion. The support pads have a large surface. One support pad may consist of two rod-linked shaped faces.
