The controller includes a temperature sensor mounted on the substrate which produces a temperature dependent electrical signal as a control signal (U1) for the controller. The control signal is controlled via an electrical voltage and the controller is in the form of a voltage controlled current source.The controller has an operational amplifier (OP), whose output is connected to the input of a transistor. The operational amplifier's inverting input (-) is connected to a connection point, its non-inverting input (+) is connected to the control signal and its output to the gate of a FET. The inverting input is also connected to the FET's drain.
