<p>The contents in a container, after charging or discharging, is determined by filling the void fraction of the container with a pressure medium, typically air, till a certain pressure is reached. From the quantity of pressure medium added and the reached pressure the void fraction is calculated. The contents of the container is thereafter determined by subtracting this void fraction from the known total volume of the container.</p> |
