A storage furniture unit of the present invention includes a furniture body having adjacent side faces (11a-11d). The furniture body includes a storage section (14C) having a first opening (141A) and second opening (141B) opened in two different directions at the side faces. A slide member (22) is placed in the storage section (14C) to allow it to be inserted into, and withdrawn from, the storage section (14c) via the second opening (141B) and a drawer (21) is placed in the slide member (22) to allow it to be slidably inserted into, and withdrawn from, the slide member via the first opening (141A). As a result, the drawer (21) can be withdrawn, together with the slide member (22), via the second opening (141B) and be independently withdrawn via the first opening (141A). <IMAGE> |
