Device (1) is equipped with frame (3) of machine, located on undercarriages (2) and equipped with tamping unit (8) and with lifting and leveling aggregate (14) and also with storage (26) of gravell with discharge openings (28) and to which is coordinated the height adjustable sweeper mechanism (30) for delivering of superfluous gravell on transport mechanism (34) which has the throwing down end (36) over the gravel storage (26). The frame (3) of machine is created with first frame part (6) and with second frame part (7), at which the storage (26) of gravel with discharge openings (28) and sweeper mechanism (30) are arranged in working direction of back second frame part (7) and the tamping unit (8) and also lifting and levelling aggregate (14) are arranged on frontal first frame part (6).
