The heating apparatus improves the productivity of stainless steel dual pipes by supplying the electric current to both the ends of the stainless steel pipe and generating resistant heat. The heating apparatus comprises (A) the upper and lower bodies(401, 402) with hydraulic cylinders(407) attached to a connecting rod(409); (B) an electric current supplier with a contact terminal (414) equipped a tapered bench(418) to operate a hydraulic cylinder(419).
