The method for producing an acetate composite yarn is characterized by wet spinning a cellulose acetate spinning solution by 650m/min spinning speed, 120 deniers and 33 strands to form fiber strands, treating the strands with an emulsion oiling agent of 10-18% concentration, penetrating a polyacetate false twisting yarn by 0.2-0.28 g/de' tension force, interlacing the false twisting yarn with the fiber strands by 2.2-2.5 kg/cm2 compressed air, and winding the interlaced yarn. The composite yarn is useful as garment materials of trousers, sports wears and casuals.
