PURPOSE:To perform a concurrent air suction and discharging of indoor air by one device, feed fresh outside air, perform humidifying operation, and effect cooling with the outside air. CONSTITUTION:An inside part of a device 1 is divided by partition plates (a) and (b) to form a full heat exchanger chamber 2 at its central part. An air supplying chamber 4, a surrounding air inputting chamber 6 and an air discharging chamber 7 are formed at both right and left sides of it. U-shaped air blowing passages A and B are arranged right and left in the device with the full heat exchanger chamber 2 as their center. Each of several full heat exchangers 3 is removably arranged within the chamber 2 in a horizontal direction in vertical rows and then bypassing passages C communicated with the right and left air passages are formed and arranged below the chamber 2. Front surface and rear surface branch chambers 12 are arranged within the bypassing passages C, and changing-over dampers D1, D2 for changing-over between a surrounding air passage and an air returning passage are arranged at both sides in such a manner that they can be changed over. They are constructed such that the air blowing passages can be optionally changed during a surrounding air cooling operation. This can easily contain a filter 13, an air returning blower 14, an air discharging blower 15, a cold water or hot water heat exchanger 16, a humidifier 17, a drain pan 18 and a controller device 20 and the like. |
