<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the workability, the water tightness and the strength by fitting a rubber ring between a locking part and a saddle attaching part in the outer peripheral section of a receptacle short pipe, and by pulling the locking part of a receptacle short pipe through rotational manipulation of a manipulation ring so as to compress and deform the rubber ring which is therefore made into press-contact with the bore part of the fitting port. CONSTITUTION:A rubber ring 14 which abuts against the bore part of an attaching port 11A of an original pipe 11, with a width greater than the wall thickness of the pipe 11, and which is made at its upper part into contact with the outer surface of a peripheral edge part of the attaching port 11A, is fitted between a locking part 21 and a saddle 13 attaching part in the outer peripheral section of a receptacle short pipe 12, and a rotatable manipulation ring 15 is disposed between a thrust receiving part 18 provided on the outer peripheral part of the receptacle short pipe 12 and the saddle 13. That is, there is provided in a double structure in which the rubber ring 14 is compressed and deformed so as to be made into press-contact with the bore part of the attaching port 11A of the pipe 11 and the outer surface of the peripheral edge part of the attaching port 11A by rotational manipulation of the manipulation ring 15. Since no adhesive is used, it is possible to enhance the the water-tightness and the strength.</p> |
