PURPOSE:To reduce a heating value so as to improve durability by disposing a plain bearing material on either on of sliding surfaces between a pinion gear and a pinion washer and between a carrier proper and the pinion washer. CONSTITUTION:A pinion gear 3 is provided on a pinion shaft 2 fixed to a carrier proper 1 with numerous needles 4 interposed thereon and also pinion washer 5 made of iron material is then disposed between either end surface and the carrier proper 1. Each pinion washer 5 possesses a boss as extension of periphery in the axial direction, being formed by bending and folding inward, then overlapping. its end portion acts as needle sliding surface. A plain bearing material 6 made of copper material is deposit attached on the sliding surface with the pinion gear 3, and it acts as thrust support of the pinion gear 3. Accordingly frictional coefficients differs between both surfaces of the pinion washer 5, so that slip and pV value decrease between the carrier proper 1 and the pinion gear 3, and thus the heating limit and the seizure limit are suppressed and the geating value decreases, and thus, the durability is increased. |
