<p>PURPOSE:To automatically input works, parts, and jigs on an assembly line at correct intervals by controlling an inputting means based on the inputting interval data stored in a memory means in advance in response to the type products indicated by an indicating means. CONSTITUTION:A computer 17 controls a motor 15 via a control unit 16 based on the information on the sequence of vehicle types of tracks flowing on an assembly line conveyor 10, the interval between the front and rear frame bases 24, 15, the presence/absence and interval between the front and rear axle bases 23, 27, and the interval between a part carriage 22 and the front and rear frame bases 25, 25. The control unit 16 receives the information on the shift quantity of the assembly line conveyor 10 via a detecting switch 18. The control unit 16 controls the motor 15 based on the information and signals.</p> |
