摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make blood pressure measurement with high accuracy by calculating the correlative relation between pulse wave transmission time and blood-pressure from only the measured pulse wave transmission time or one set of the measured pulse wave transmission time and the blood-pressure, and calculating the blood-pressure value by using the correlative relation based on the measured pulse wave transmission time. CONSTITUTION:Electrocardiographic electrodes 1, 2 and pulse wave sensor 3 of a slave machine A and a cuff 20 of a master machine B are mounted at the respective parts of the body prior to measurement. The pulse wave transmission time (PTT) at the time of a rest is measured by the slave machine A and the data is transmitted to the master machine B. The blood-pressure(BP) at the time of the rest is measured by the master machine B in parallel therewith and the correlative relation between the PTT and the BP is calculated. The correlative relation between the PTT and the BP is then transferred from the master machine B to the slave machine A. The PTT is thereafter measured by the slave machine A and the BP is calculated from the correlative relation between the PTT and the BP by using the resulted PTT. Blood-pressure display processing, etc., are then started. As a result, the extremely simple blood-pressure measurement is carried out without exerting excess burden on the testee.</p>
