<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the buckling of a spring without using any guide part especially and eliminate any possibility of the damage of a packing. CONSTITUTION:In a master cylinder in which a return spring is arranged between the end surface of a cylinder and a piston and also a packing fitted on the piston is slid on the inner peripheral wall of the cylinder, a return spring 30 is formed by a cylindrical large diameter coil part with a diameter nearly in contact with the inner peripheral wall of the cylinder 12 and a small diameter coil part whose diameter is sufficiently smaller than the diameter of the inner peripheral wall of the cylinder 12 and also the installation length of the small diameter coil part is set to the length of the nearly slide range of a packing 24.</p> |
