<p>PURPOSE:To provide an ozone plasma processor which is excellent in deodorization effect and can prevent the adhesion of pollution to a discharge electrode. CONSTITUTION:This ozone plasma processor 1, which discharges electricity to the gas including the offensive smell ingredients and oxidizes and decomposes the offensive smell ingredients by the ozone and radical nitride generated by the discharge, is equipped with a main duct 4, where gas including the offensive smell ingredients flows, a discharge electrode 7 for discharging electricity to the gas including the offensive smell ingredients flowing in this main duct 4, and a return duct 12, which leads to the main duct 4 so that the gas charged by this discharge electrode 7 may flow in and return again to the main duct 4. Furthermore, the processor is equipped with a fan 3 for letting gas flow into these main duct 4 and return duct 12, catalysts 5 and 10 provided for accelerating the oxidization and decomposition of the offensive smell ingredients by the ozone and the radical nitride generated by discharge, and dampers 13 an 14 for controlling the flow of gas.</p> |
