摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide an energy-saving and highly efficient small-sized denitrator by combining an ozonizer and an NOx oxidation device, generating ozone from the atmosphere with plasma and oxidizing the NOx in the waste gas to a higher nitrogen oxide. CONSTITUTION:A plasma treating device consists of a combination of the divided small-sized ozonizer 34 for generating O3 from air and NOx oxidation device 32 to promote the reaction of the plasma O3 with the NOx in a waste gas. The waste combustion gas 14 in a gas turbine 23 is introduced into a waste gas boiler 31 incorporating a catalytic denitrator, the heat is exchanged, then ammonia is injected to reduce the NOx, and the treated gas 17 is discharged. The NOx in the treated gas 17 and O3 from the ozonizer 34 are directly decomposed in the NOx oxidation device 32 into N2 and O2 or the NOx are oxidized to constitue a treated gas 18. The oxidized NOx in the treated gas 18 are adsorbed in the NOx adsorption device 33, desorbed by the regenerating gas 15 and recovered as a desorbed gas 16.</p>
