PURPOSE: To fix an injection valve in position axially and circumferentially with precision to achieve reliable prevention of rotation by forming two legs on the base member of a connecting member for connecting the injection vale to a fuel distributor device, and enabling the legs to be opened and closed at positions diametrically opposite to a connecting web. CONSTITUTION: A connecting member 16 engaged in an annular groove 17 provided in the inflow side end 12 of an injection valve 1 has its base member 23 formed by two legs 30, 31 into the shape of a disc having an opening 22 and the legs 30, 31 are hinged together by a narrow connecting web 38 on one side of the base member 23. A locking projection 33 and a locking groove 34 lockable to and unlockable from each other are formed in each leg 30, 31 in respective positions which are 180 deg. offset from the connecting web 38, to form a locking connection. With the two legs 30, 31 of the connecting member 16 interconnected at the locking connection, a fixing lug 20 projected from a fuel distributor device 19 is clamped between locking webs 24, 24 projected from the legs 30, 31, so that the injection valve 1 can be fixed in position. |
