PURPOSE:To provide a garbage disposal machine capable of preventing the dropping of garbage and development of rancidity and capable of ensuring the capacity even in the wintertime. CONSTITUTION:A treating tank 1 having an inlet 2 and receiving garbage 4 is made to be rotatable around a fixed shaft 6. A ventilation passage 12 is provided on both side faces of the tank 1, the one end is opened to the inside of the tank 1 with the shaft 6 in between, the other end is opened to the outside of the tank 1, hence the inside of the tank 1 is communicated with the outside, and the tank 1 is ventilated. A fermentation promoter 5 is then introduced into the tank 1, a mixture of the garbage 4 and promoter 5 is heated to a specified temp. by a heating means 9 to heat the inside of the tank 1, a deodorization catalyst 13 for low temp. service is furnished on the external air side of the ventilation passage 12 to prevent the leakage of malodors into the external air through the passage 12, and an agitating means 8 consisting of a fixed blade is fixed to the fixed shaft 6 to agitate the mixture of garbage 4 and promoter 5 when the tank 1 is rotated. |
