<p>PURPOSE:To provide a deodorizing and sterilizing device which can perform the deodorization and sterilization effectively with ozone in low concentration. CONSTITUTION:This deodorizing and sterilizing device is equipped with a carburetor 4 equipped with a nozzle 5 for jetting steam, a stem liquid tank 1 for accommodating liquid Fl for steam, a pump 3 for feeding the liquid F1 for steam to the carburetor 4, a nozzle 17 for suction of atomizing liquid, an atomizing liquid tank 6 for accommodating the liquid F2 for atomizing including at least water, an ozone generator 10 for generating ozone for atomizing, and two opening and closing valves 8 and 13 for leading either the atomizing liquid tank 6 or the ozone generator 10 to the nozzle 17. Accordingly, it is possible to atomize the liquid F2 for atomizing and ozone alternately by the changeover of the opening and closing valves 8 and 13, and radical (O, OH) useful for deodorization and sterilization can be produced in air by accelerating the decomposition of the ozone, using the fluid for atomization floating in the air, especially, the fine particles of water as a catalyst.</p> |
