PURPOSE:To obtain a coated molded product excellent in the adhesiveness with a film and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION:A first coating material is injected into a mold so as to be applied to the thermosetting base molding material in the mold when the molding material is held to a state on and after semi-curing to be spread over the molding material and, when the first coating material is held to a state on and after semi-curing, a second coating material is further injected to be spread and, thereafter, the thermosetting base molding material is molded under heating and pressure to form the first and second coating materials on a base material in this order. As the first coating material, a coating material containing a thermosetting resin having a reactive unsaturated bond and a compd. selected from unsaturated monoamine, unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, unsaturated monomercaptan, an unsaturated glycidyl compd., unsaturated sulfonic acid, unsaturated phosphoric acid, polyamaine, polycarboxylic acid and polymercaptan is used and, as the second coating material, a coating material containing an epoxy resin, a nitrogen-containing epoxy resin curing agent and polycarboxylic acid or polymercaptan is used. |
