PURPOSE:To facilitate the work cutting off the edge part of a foamed molded product and obviate the excessive seal material. CONSTITUTION:The edge part 37 of the skin 30 arranged on the molding surface 13 of a lower mold 11 and the edge part 47 of the resin core 40 arranged on the molding surface 23 of an upper mold 21 are held by clamping the lower and upper molds 11, 21 and a foamable raw material is foamed between the skin 30 and the core 40 to produce a foamed molded product having the skin 30 and the core 40 integrally. In this method, the edge part 47 of the core 40 is made thinner than other part by providing a stepped part 49 to the other part 48 of the core 40 and a projection 29 is provided to the molding surface having the edge part of the core 40 arranged thereto of the upper mold 21. |
