CONSTITUTION:A working gondola 7 that is suspended from the top of the wall surface of a building 2 by a hanging wire 8 and capable of rising and falling along the wall surface of the building is provided. A traveling truck 5 supporting both sides of at least the upper wall surface of the building 2 by means of wheels 43, 44 is provided in such a way as to freely travel along the wall surface, and the hanging wire 8 of the gondola 7 is attached to the traveling truck 5.
