PURPOSE:To prevent the production of a rubbing sound faced to a metal processed product by providing a through-hole to the rear reinforcing material holder of an upper mold and making the caliber of the trough-hole larger than the diameter of the head part of the rear reinforcing material holder. CONSTITUTION:The holder 1 of an upper mold 2 is inserted in a rear reinforcing material 3 to hold the same to form a synthetic resin foamed molded object 4 but the peripheral part of the rear reinforcing material 2 in which the holder 1 is inserted protrudes by the foaming pressure of a synthetic resin foamable raw soln. to generate an impregnated part to cause the generation of a rubbing sound. In order to prevent the production of this rubbing sound, a through-hole la is provided to the central part of the holder 1 to be allowed to function as a vent hole and, at the same time, a head part 1b is provided to the holder 1 and the diameter p of the head part 1b is made larger than the diameter alphaof the through-hole 1a. By this constitution, the periphery of the holder 1 of the rear reinforcing material 3 is brought into close contact with the root 1c of the head part of the holder to prevent the impregnation with the synthetic resin foamable raw soln.
