PRODUCTION OF INNER SURFACE RESIN COATED METAL PIPE

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce an inner surface resin coated metal pipe excellent in durability without generating the destruction of a primer sintered layer or the peel of a resin coating layer at the time of bending processing such as flange-flapping processing. CONSTITUTION:A primer composed of an organotitanate soln. with a concn. of 20-40wt.% is applied to the inner surface of a metal pipe and this primer layer is heated to form a sintered layer. A silane modified polyethylene resin with a melt index of 0.2-10g/10min is extruded to be applied to the surface of the sintered layer to produce an objective inner surface resin coated metal pipe.
