PURPOSE:To prevent blocking due to a melting resin, excellently inject a pressurized fluid into the melting resin, and discharge the pressurized fluid from a hollow in a short time by discharging the pressurized fluid in the hollow in a state that a tip of an axial core is being pushed into a mold cavity. CONSTITUTION:In a device, injecting and discharging of a pressurized fluid are performed through an inner wall of a sleeve 1 having a specified shape whose tip 12 is arranged so as to open in a mold cavity of an injection mold and through a fluid pressure passage 3 which is inserted into the inner wall and formed of an axial core 2 having a specified shape movable back and forth in the axial direction. Here, the pressurized fluid is put with pressure into a melting resin 207 in the mold cavity in a state that a tip 21 of the axial core 2 is being inserted into the tip 12 of the sleeve. In a state that the tip 21 of the axial core 2 is being pushed into the mold cavity, the pressurized fluid in the hollow is discharged. |
