<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently clean a shank section by interrupting the connection between a main passage and a coolant passage and connecting the main passage and an air passage when a tool is unclamped. CONSTITUTION:When a tool is clamped, valve passages 21-25 are communicated, and the first valve 20 is opened. A coolant can be fed to the tool and a work from a coolant feed source via a main passage 17 and a coolant passage 26. When the tool is unclamped, a valve passage 31 is communicated, and the second valve 30 is connected. Air is fed through an air discharge port 41 from an air feed source via the main passage 17 and an air passage 32 to clean a shank section. The first valve 20 is closed at this time.</p> |
