<p>PURPOSE:To simplify an operating content at the time of manufacturing a pad by eliminating an operation for taking out the pad from molds by hands and to alleviate an operator's burden. CONSTITUTION:First step approaches a movable mold 15 to a stationary mold 14 to form a cavity 28, fills melted resin in the cavity to mold a pad 3. Second step pleases the mold 15 and all cores 16, 17, 18 from the mold 14, and allows all the cores 16-18 to protrude from the mold 15. An oblique core 18 is moved reversely to an extending direction of a second undercut part 7 upon protruding to take out the part 7 from the core 18. Third step stops the cores 16, 18, moves upward the second core 17, and takes out the first undercut part 6 from the core 16 while deflecting the pad 3. Fourth step submerges the second core 17 and specifies moving of the pad 3 by the core 16 on the way of submerging, thereby taking out the pad 3 from the core 17.</p> |
