PURPOSE:To provide easy calculation of position of an object and automation of a crane by utilizing the position even in the case of the recognition where it is difficult to grasp its characteristic quantity in an object position detection device. CONSTITUTION:The crane in the title is composed of a camera 21 for taking in the image from the camera into RGB, an information processing device 23 for processing the images from the camera and thus calculating the position of an object, an adaptor 24 for converting output of VGA to the output of an 'S' terminal, and a monitor 25 for screening the images from the camera 21. First, images from the camera 21 of a positioning recognition device are inputted, and then an area including a recognition objective within the inputted images and a reference position of the objective within the area are registered in the information processing device 23. Then, when any different image is inputted from the camera 21, its pattern matching to the image registered in advance is carried out. |
