CONSTITUTION:Polyolefine resin of a weather-strip main body 1 or synthetic resin of Its foamed body, and mixed synthetic resin of protective films 6, 6 and protective films 7, 7 are simultaneously extruded by the use of two extrusion molding machines to be passed through the inner part of one mold dies for superimposing both of them, so that a rough surface part such as unevenness or the like generated by heat is formed easily on the surface of the protective films 6, 6 and 7, 7.
