PURPOSE:To facilitate the demolding, rationalize the work, shorten a term of works and reduce the labor in a precast block manufacturing method of a short line system. CONSTITUTION:The form bottom plate 2 of a precast block 100 is supported in an up and down movable manner and, after concrete is cast, the form bottom plate 2 is raised to demold the precast block. A feed truck 30 is inserted under the bottom plate and the jack 31 raising the precast block 100 is mounted on the feed truck 30 to hold the precast block 100 and allowed to advance by one block to be set to a front end surface form and, subsequently, a separate bottom plate is prepared at a concrete casting position to cast next concrete. |
