PURPOSE:To provide an osteoporosis treatment device for a bedridden patient which prevents the osteoporosis by applying the load on the bones similar to the load on the bones obtd. when the patient makes natural exercise to the patient by mechanical force in place of the natural exercise simply while the patient lies in the bed. CONSTITUTION:A bed frame 1 tilted high on a front side is provided with a freely glidable bed 2 in parallel with the bed frame on its upper part. The bed 2 is slowly pulled up forward by a rapid feed mechanism connecting to a driving motor 7 and is then rapidly lowered backward to bring a foot contact plate 6 into collision against a stop plate 5 via a cushion material 4, by which the load is applied on the bones of the whole body from the rear of the patient's feet. |
