PURPOSE:To provide a printer wherein a stable and secure electric source observation is possible, by setting a time for waiting when a source voltage abnormality is detected, in response to a time which is necessary for executing a recovery to a value of the source voltage wherein the source voltage can execute a driving of the printer again. CONSTITUTION:An interface means receiving a controlling datum from a host computer, an electric voltage detector 5 executing a measurement of a source voltage value of an electric source device 4 of a printer, a judging means 6 for judging a driving or a non-driving of the printer according to a measured electric voltage value, a driving waiting means 7 executing a waiting to a condition wherein the source voltage can execute a driving, and a waiting time setting means 3 setting a waiting time, according to a controlling datum from a host computer are set. |
