PURPOSE:To easily form uniform embossed patterns on both surfaces of a thermoplastic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin sheet is successively brought into contact with the surfaces of first and second embossing rollers 41, 40 to be transferred to produce an embossed sheet having embossed patterns formed on both surfaces thereof. The thermoplastic resin sheet 20 is transferred while brought into contact with the surfaces of the embossing rolls 41, 40 over the half peripheries thereof. |
