PURPOSE:To simply perform resin lining by injection molding by setting one mold to a metal pipe being the other mold to fit the flange of the metal pipe in the positioning recessed part of one mold. CONSTITUTION:A flanged steel pipe 3 is used as one mold in order to apply a resin to the inner surface 1a of the steel pipe 3 up to the flange surfaces thereof by injection molding and an injection mold 10 is set to the steel pipe 3. The injection mold 10 consists of the first - third flange molds 11-13 forming a cavity C1 along with the respective flange surfaces 1b, 2b of the steel pipe 3 and the first - third inner surface rod molds 14-16 inserted in a main pipe part 1 and a branch pipe part 2 and forming a cavity C2 along with the inner surfaces of both pipes 1, 2. By this constitution, when a resin is injected in the cavities, the axis of the other mold is not shifted from the axis of the metal pipe being one mold at all. |
