PURPOSE:To unify the thickness of a rubber layer by setting the position of the flowable rubber injected from an injection port to the rubber sump part provided in an empty chamber and almost allowing the flowable rubber overflowing the rubber sump part to almost simultaneously flow in all of passage holes. CONSTITUTION:The flowable rubber injected into an empty chamber 11b from an injection port 27 is injected into the gaps (g) between a large number of the reinforcing plates 4 arranged in molds 11, 12 through the passage holes 25 positioned above the respective gaps (g) and, thereafter, the flowable rubber injected into the gaps (g) is solidified to bond and integrate the rubber layers and the reinforcing plates to produce an earthquake-damping device. Herein, the position of the flowable rubber injected from the injection port 27 is set to the rubber sump GD part provided in the empty chamber 11b and the flowable rubber overflowing the rubber sump GD is allowed to almost simultaneously flow in all of the passage holes 25. By this constitution, the respective gaps (g) are equally filled with the flowable rubber regardless of the distance from the injection port 27 and the thicknesses of the rubber layers can be uniformized. |
