PURPOSE:To provide a production system designed to realize high shape accuracy of a pulp mold through sufficiently securing dehydration time and improve molding efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Pipings 48a, 48b are fixedly connected to molds 22a, 22b, respectively, and their connections to a suction device 52 and a compressor 54 can be switched in an alternative way through switching valves 50a, 50b. This switching operation is made by e.g. control of a control unit 16 independent of the rotational angles of the respective molds 22; a pulp mold made by the molds 22 on the molding surface from a pulp slurry 18 is dehydrated continuously by suction even after the molds reach the uppermost point and demolded at a position after rotated. Therefore, dehydration time can be made longer without the need for lengthening the time necessary for one cycle, resulting in sufficient dehydration of the pulp mold to effect its high shape accuracy and high molding efficiency. |
