The multi-use haulage apparatus consists of a pulley with a throat (1), rotary driven, and composed of two connecting parts; the central part (110) of V-section with a small angle (v), arranged to pinch and drive a line (L) and a part more open (100) into which opens out the central part (110).This outer part (100), also in the form of a V, serves to guide the line (L) towards the central part (110), and also to support the net in the course of the haulage operation. The pulley of the unit is made of two attached flanges (1a,1b), both driven, but whose axes (XX') and (YY') have a slight angle offset so that the central V-section angle varies as the pulley rotates, in one part, to pinch the line and in the other to release the line being hauled.
