The method of manufacture uses a support bed with a machining surface bed adhered to it. A beam (1) is connected by sticking and compression to a number of rough parts in the wood of the worn surface.The beam is divided by sawing into a number of panels. The individual panels are stuck to the support bed to form a flooring panel having tongue and groove edges, and the ends are fixed together conventionally.
