<p>Chondroitinase II is isolated and purified. Chondroitinase II together with chondroitinase I, is useful for selectively and completely disinserting the ocular vitreous body from the neural retina of the eye. The figure depicts the component peaks of the digestion of chondroitin sulfate by chondroitinase I, as identified by gel permeation chromatography.</p> |
